How long do preparation and shipping take?
Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Once shipped, the separate carrier transit estimate is 4–6 business days. Address-specific services and charges appear at checkout; see the Shipping Policy for delivery concerns.
Can I return an unused product if I change my mind?
Yes, when the item is eligible, new, unused and in its original condition. Eligible defective returns and exchanges are also accepted. Open the request within 30 days after delivery, wait for approval, then use the free prepaid return label included in the package. There is no restocking fee. Full steps appear in the Refund Policy.
When is an approved refund sent?
We process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Posting time at the financial institution may be longer.
