From authorization to dispatch
Good Molecules orders enter preparation after payment has been authorized. This handling stage ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. Carrier travel begins after dispatch and is separately estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside these business-day estimates, and arrival on a particular date cannot be promised.
Destination and shipping charge
Available delivery services, destinations and charges are shown for the address entered at checkout. Please confirm the street, unit, city, state and postal code before placing an order because an incomplete or inaccurate address can delay delivery or cause a parcel to be returned.
Tracking and parcel concerns
Use the tracking notice once the carrier record is available. For a long delay, missing scan, damaged parcel, or a delivered scan when the package cannot be found, email ajehibese53@gmail.com with the order number and tracking reference. Carrier research may be needed before the store can confirm the next step.
