Orders, delivery and after-sale requests
Checkout states prices in USD, relevant taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods. The Shipping Policy separates handling from carrier transit. Under the Refund Policy, eligible new defective and non-defective items may be returned and eligible exchanges are accepted. A non-defective return must remain new and unused, and the request must begin within 30 days after delivery.
