What may be requested
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return or exchange for a new Good Molecules product. Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted when the applicable conditions are met. A non-defective item returned because of preference, a changed mind or an incorrect selection must be new, unused and in its original condition. Damage, defects, missing parts, incorrect goods and material differences from the listing may also be reported. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available.
Approval before mailing
Start the review by emailing ajehibese53@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Include photographs or video for a problem item and keep the packaging and components. Wait for approval, the correct return destination and instructions before sending anything; the store mailing address is not automatically the returns facility.
Postal return and exchange
An eligible postal return uses the free prepaid label included inside the original package. Use the label after the request is approved, and ask for assistance if it is missing or lost. No restocking fee is charged. Exchange or replacement fulfillment depends on review and available inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
